Frequently asked questions
My programs are designed and appropriate for children 4 months to 3 years of age. The actual program chosen depends on how your family is sleeping now and the sleep goals you want to set.
I work with families whose child or children are typically struggling with sleep challenges associated with early life (age 4 months to 3 years). I have lots of experience working with alternative parenting styles, cross-cultural parenting, extended family households and non-traditional families as well as traditional families nationwide. I am here to provide clarity and a path forward to better sleep for all.
If your child was born more than 1 week before the due date, I do consider the adjusted age when training. Therefore, we would want your child's adjusted age to be at least 16 weeks before training can begin. At any point after 16 weeks of adjusted age, it does not significantly impact learning.
If you're looking to do formal sleep training [creating an independent sleeper and getting on a schedule], I do not start any earlier than 4 months. You can reach out when your child is about 3.5 months old to learn more and get on my calendar.
I work with a limited number of families at a time in order to be able to give focused attention to each one. I only meet with clients on weekdays between the hours of 8:30 am and 2:30 pm, so I may not be a good fit for parents who are only available to meet outside of normal working hours. Schedule a free consultation now to understand my upcoming availability and how soon we can work together!
